Ilona of the Ilona Andrews team was asked about fan fiction and said it didn't bother her because it was "inevitable". I happen to agree completely. I think if we love characters, worlds, all the hard work an author puts in to creating a universe that can exist clearly in our imaginations, we're going to be inspired to make stories that go along.
I could put my stories on fan fiction dot net, but I thought a blog would be more linkable for my friends and any adult content is properly flagged.
I don't own the characters or settings of my pieces, they were created by authors I admire. I don't expect, nor do I hope to make any money off of these stories. They are tributes, nothing more.
And FYI, Nora MacFie is not my name, it's just a name I like.
